Pennant is looking for Business Analysts with varied experience levels to ensure our product suite meets the market needs and more importantly the specific requirements and expectations of our clients. At Pennant, Business Analysts play a pivotal role to understand our customer’s business needs and determine the right-fit business driven technology solution. As a business analyst you are responsible to understand the client’s business requirements documents and suggest solutions and also to draft the business specification document that clearly describes the solution that meets the customer expectation and that effectively fits with strategic direction of our product suite. Roles & Responsibilities:

You have to bring in domain and industry knowledge, share know-how gained through client interactions in a structured way to the product engineering, implementation, sales, marketing and senior management;
Role involves understanding the business challenges of our client and suggests the right-fit business driven technology solution whiling aligning with our product roadmap and product strategy.
Work closely with Client Business users in understanding their business challenges and with technology leads or managers to orchestrate the right functional solution aligned with Product;
Prepare and present the company and its responses to CXO’s of the prospect;
Lead customer discussions and ensure the internal teams truly understand the business expectations
Collaborate with Development teams, testing and also the project teams to suggest the right solution through our product suite;
Mentoring and handholding the junior staff and build excellent solutioning capabilities

Skills and Competencies:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience working within the Retail, SME or Corporate Lending domains is preferred.
A minimum of 2-5 years’ experience of working with Lending or at least Core Banking systems in the role of Business Analyst is required.
The role requires excellent analytical skills in order to breakdown customer business requirements, match those to the functionality that exists within Lending Factory and also to suggest the ‘best fit’ solutions and document the understanding aligned with Lending Factory
Excellent written and verbal communications skills are mandatory as this role requires direct contact with client representatives and able to present the solution
Excellent intra personal skills and problem-solving skills;
Able to persuade client on the right-fit business solution

Experience & Qualifications:

Experience : 5 to 8 years

Education : MBA graduate from a reputed institute or CA
